Anxious

i downloaded the manual patch to update the game because the game wont update on launcher it always crashes after i move all the files in specified folder the game always wants to update in launcher even if i already moved the files how am i supposed to play if i cant update the game my question,does the manual patch is already updated? (sorry for bad english)
